In Proverbs chapters seven and eight there are two voices that appeal directly to those who pass by. Both of their pleas are regarded as compelling and desirable. Yet the consequences of following their voices are depicted in radically different ways. Whereas the appeal of the Strange Woman ends in death, woman Wisdom offers flourishing life. In the midst of these competing visions, how do you choose the ones that leads to life?
